This Year’s Game:<\/h1>\n

This year’s game, “ReBuilt” is a blast to the past! The robot’s goal is to shoot game pieces \u2014 called fuel \u2014 into the Hub. This Hub has a unique system, where only on team’s Hub is open for scoring during the major portion of the game, changing every 25 seconds a total of 4 times until the last 30 second stretch where both are open. This game has a very interactive form of scoring, where the human players themselves are able to take shots into the Hub during any portion of the game. During the end of both the auto and manual sections of the game, robots may hang from one of 3 levels of the Tower!<\/span><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s FIRST Robotics Competition game, Rebuilt, challenges teams to navigate an archaeology-themed field while scoring points with just one game piece, fuel (a semi-hard sphere). Each match lasts 2 minutes and 15 seconds and is divided into three phases: Autonomous, where robots operate using pre-programmed instructions to score Fuel and to end on the Tower; Teleoperated, where drivers control their robots to gather and score game pieces by placing Fuel onto a hexagonal Hub; and Endgame, where robots can climb onto the ladder-like Hub for bonus points. Teams must strategize and collaborate to maximize scoring while balancing offense, defense, and precision in the final moments. The dynamic gameplay of Rebuilt highlights teamwork, innovation, and engineering excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n
