The Leadership Award<\/h1>\n

The Leadership award dedication of FIRST’s<\/em> most outstanding and passionate students. Each team is able to nominate up to 2 students to be considered for the award at a regional event, and winners will move on to compete to become the leadership award winners at the annual FIRST<\/em> Championship in late April.<\/p>\n

Each year, the Warlocks choose to nominate 2 of their best students for the leadership award. Mentors from the team then write nominating essays, and help the nominees prepare and practice for their in person interview with the judges. It is a difficult decision every year to determine who our nominees will be, and we are truly proud of the hard work and dedication of the students we select.
